HDI will be delivering an onsite Team Lead and Manager course for an Ann Arbor business and is including an offer to the public to also attend these classes.

October 25-26, 2010 – 2 Day Course $1,595 per person/$1,495 HDI member

HDI Support Center Team Lead (HDI-SCTL)

Designed for the support center team lead who serves as the communication link between the team and the manager as well as the first point of internal escalation for the customer. This training ensures that participants learn how to deliver exceptional customer support, promote process improvement, coach for success, and take charge of the day-to-day operational activities of a team. This course is designed for support professionals who need to develop fundamental management and leadership skills.

October 27-29, 2010 – 3 Day Course $1,895 per person/$1,795 HD member

HDI Support Center Manager (HDI-SCM)

Designed for managers who are responsible for the operational and tactical plans of the support organization. This training explores how the support center’s strategy drives everything the support center does: service delivery, infrastructure implementation, operational processes, workforce management, and support center marketing.
